Thermal sprayer

We are currently looking for a Thermal Spraying Operator to strengthen our team. As a Thermal Spraying Operator, you'll be responsible for preparing and operating thermal spraying equipment to apply a range of coatings to surfaces.

What you'll be doing

• Set up and operate thermal spraying equipment (wire arc, flame and plasma spraying equipment).
• Prepare surfaces for a coating to be applied (including cleaning and taping).
• Ensure the correct mix ratio and quality of coating materials.
• Inspect coatings for adhesion, thickness and quality.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance if necessary.
