Founded in 1962, De Beleyr-Engineering instantly achieved rapid growth as a supplier in booming sectors such as automotive, the textile industry and petrochemicals. De Beleyr recognised the potential of innovative technology in thermal spraying.

Today, partners Glenn De Beleyr, Matthieu Vuylsteke and Wim Matthys (manager of Matthys Group) are investing heavily in quality, automation and specialisation.

Recyclable residual materials

Both the residual material generated while machining and the metal powder released during thermal spraying are fully recyclable and reusable.

Better outdoor air

We swear by a healthy atmosphere, both at our place of work and outside. Our high-performance air extraction system and filters ensure that the air leaving our workshop is cleaner than the air outdoors.

Organic products

We exclusively use organic degreasers to clean parts. On top of that, our coolant only contains 5% coolant emulsion, and we dispose of it responsibly once it starts to degrade.

Tool regrinding

Entirely within the spirit of our company, we prefer to regrind and recycle our machining tools instead of buying new ones.
