Using conventional cylindrical grinding machines for single items or large parts and CNC cylindrical grinders for greater volumes, De Beleyr is able to meet the highest standards in terms of surface quality, without any compromise. With a cylindrical grinding machine that boasts an impressive capacity of up to 11 metres, size poses no problems when it comes to cylindrical production of components, while convex, concave and crowned grinding are also possible.

Aside from cylindrical grinding, our workshop can also handle conventional surface grinding projects for parts without complex programming, single items or large parts. Our surface grinders achieve a level of precision down to 2µ, at an angle if required through the use of sine tables.
